In Rubanda District, Uganda, there are many children who dream of being in school without the fear of being sent home due to lack of school fees. The only thing stopping these motivated and eager kids is the tuition, room and board. To make that possible costs only $300 USD per year. ACT has a fund designated for the schools for their selection of students who stand out but cannot attend due to extreme poverty and have a strong desire to get an education.
